Sapa Stone Church

Nestled right in the heart of the misty town of Sapa, Sapa Stone Church, also known as the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, stands majestically as an enduring symbol of the Northwest region. Built in the early 20th century by the French, the church boasts a unique Gothic-Romanesque architectural style, shrouded in wispy clouds, creating an incredibly poetic and romantic setting.

Sapa Stone Church is entirely built of hand-chiseled stone, featuring thick moss-covered walls, curved tiled roofs, and a soaring bell tower. Standing out against the gray stone are the sparkling stained glass windows, creating an impressive highlight for the entire structure.

Inside the church, the space is spacious and airy with rows of wooden benches neatly arranged. The majestic statue of Our Lady of the Rosary is solemnly placed on the altar, drawing the eyes of visitors.
